July 4th's Holiday Weekend Box-Office found "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" at #1, bringing in $97.4 for the weekend and $162 million overall. The film, which was actually released on Wednesday, June 29th, is now the biggest Fourth of July opening weekend ever - beating out "Spider-Man 2"'s $88.2 million and $115.8 million. Combining national and international results, "Transformers 3" is Hollywood's third highest grossing worldwide debut ever with $416 million global accumulation for its first seven days.

The other film in its opening weekend, Tom Hanks and Julia Roberts' "Larry Crowne" didn't fare as well, earning just $13 million and coming in at #4. "Monte Carlo" was also new this weekend, coming in at #5 with $7.6 million.
