This week, local Astrologer Judi Vitale delves into how Mars entering Gemini will affect all of the signs. Check out a sneak peek of the article from ReadTheStars.com:

"Mars in Gemini stirs us up in some very subtle ways, and that's why it's going to be interesting to see how the Summer of 2011 works out. Mars is a planet of physical action, and Gemini is a planet of mind and mouth. Well, okay, WORDS. Have you noticed people are talking more, being more aggressive about what they say? That's how Mars in Gemini does its thing. The other effect Mars in Gemini tends to have on us mortals is to make us worry way more than we should…

… Mars, at it moves through the sky and we measure its motion through the degrees of the zodiac, has this way of setting off events. In astrology, we call Mars a "trigger" for this reason. As it moves through Gemini, Mars will be hitting certain sensitive areas where the recent eclipses have taken place, and this might set off events that were brewing or first coming into view during the eclipses."

Mars in Gemini has the ability to affect each of our signs differently. Check out "Mars in Gemini: Triggering Events, Mastering Our Minds" on Read The Stars to see what Judi is predicting for your sign.

In another Read The Stars story, Judi discusses the arrival of summer and how the sun moving into cancer also brings new things into our world. Check out a snippet of the story:

"While the sun is in Cancer, it feels as though Mother Nature is continually pouring out her unconditional love and bounty, gifting us with the beauty and nourishment Earth has been allowed to provide.

This year, in 2011, we'll still enjoy what summer has to offer, but we'll also have new challenges to face. The chart for the moment of the Summer Solstice, the time when the earth's northern hemisphere was tilted to its maximum toward the sun, set for Washington, D.C. shows there will be some difficult times for us to deal with. Because Cancer is a cardinal sign, being at the beginning of the season, the sun will meet up with the outer planets that have been setting off events from their places in the other Cardinal signs. Uranus in Aries, Pluto in Capricorn and Saturn in Libra will all be awakened when the sun comes by to either square off or oppose their positions. Hades, a hypothetical point or planet (we can't see it yet) will ensure that we get in better touch with the "dark side" of life, tend to the sick and have a tussle or two with tragedy. It is in the same degree as the sun at the summer solstice, and on the Cardinal Axis. More on that later…

Here are some dates when we might anticipate some events that are disruptive, overpowering and/or difficult, as the sun moves through Cancer this year:
June 26 - Sun Square Uranus
June 28 - Sun Opposite Pluto
July 2 - Sun square Saturn."
