From CEO’s to celebrities, colleges to corporations Lee Terbosic has performed for them all, and many in between. Although that was not always the case. Lee is from Pittsburgh, PA and started in the art of magic at the young age of twelve after seeing another magician perform live for the first time. Since that day Lee has been hooked. Learning from books, and practicing on whoever would give him a minute of their time to experience some prestidigitation. Lee honed his craft for the next few years and before his sixteenth birthday Lee was already becoming a seasoned professional. Working for local restaurants, doing family parties, to even larger shows for organizations & schools. Lee was well on his way from taking a hobby to a career. Lee performed all through high school, becoming know as the guy in the lunch room that could freak you out. Lee continued to study and perform, gaining valuable experience while working with corporations and performing at social function and events.

ABC Being Sued by Teen Who Was On 'Wife Swap' TV Show. She Should Sue Her Parents.

Teen beauty queen portrayed as spoiled brat on 'Wife Swap' files $100M lawsuit
BY Jose Martinez
DAILY NEWS STAFF WRITER
A teen beauty portrayed as a beast on ABC's "Wife Swap" filed a $100 million lawsuit against the network, charging the reality show is a sham.
Alicia Guastaferro, 18, says she has panic attacks and suicidal tendencies because of her 2008 appearance, in which she memorably berated her mom and sniffed, "I do feel sorry for people that are not gorgeous people."
The suit accuses ABC and parent company Walt Disney of staging scenes to "maximize [Guastaferro's] public embarrassment."
The show, which dispatched her mother to another family, made Guastaferro the object of ridicule among her western New York peers and forced her to transfer schools, the suit claims.
In a clip from her episode, Guastaferro was introduced as the "princess of pageantry" as pictures flashed of her in a tiara and pageant gowns.
"If you don't have the best clothes, the best hair and makeup and the best tan, you're not gonna win the pageant," she haughtily said in a trophy-filled room.
The suit says producers ordered Guastaferro to "act a little more spoiled" and staged scenes, including one in which her dad spray-tans her legs. They allegedly even manufactured scenes to make her look bratty, highlighting how her mom supposedly does her homework and keeps a Christmas tree year-round to give her daily presents.
"[Guastaferro] does not receive a present every day," the suit says.
The blond beauty also objected to a scene in which she snorted at a breakfast delivered by her mother, Karen. "That was not your best cereal," the teen growls.
Guastaferro claims she has gotten death threats and been assaulted, and went from the honor roll to being a special-ed student after the show aired.
The suit says her mother agreed to be on "Wife Swap" for $20,000, but ABC and Disney never obtained the teen's consent. A Walt Disney representative could not be reached, and Guastaferro's lawyer did not return calls.
jmartinez@edit.nydailynews.com
A Commentary Note from talent network news.com/fdm
Reality TV is evil and never has the best interest of the contestants/participants. In this case the producers are in the wrong a bit but the real persons who the teen should sue is her parents. The parents are just as evil and pathetic as the producers for ruining there daughter for a mere $20,000. And what has happened to Disney? They are involved in reality sleaze not family values anymore it seems.

Mayor declares Friday 'Google Day'
Thursday, March 25, 2010
By Erich Schwartzel, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette
Friday will be "Google Day" in the city of Pittsburgh as the Mayor's office calls on city residents to don black-and-gold and form the word "GOOGLE" for a photograph tomorrow at lunchtime, Mayor Luke Ravenstahl announced today.
The move is the latest in a long series of stunts nationwide as cities vie to serve as a testbed for Google's experimental high-speed Internet service.
Mayor Ravenstahl announced the city's participation last week at a conference alongside officials from UPMC and Carnegie Mellon.
Participants are asked to arrive at the City-County Building Downtown by noon tomorrow in their best Steelers colors. The photo, taken from of the roof of the building, will be shot at 12:30 p.m.
The Mayor will send the photo to Google with the city's application. Residents can voice their support for Pittsburgh at www.PittsburghGoesGoogle.com
The service would provide home Internet connections one hundred times faster than current service.
In his appeal to the search company, the mayor of Topeka, Kansas temporarily renamed his city "Google" for the month of March.

Oscar Curse Strikes Sandra Bullock. So what Curse Struck Tiger Woods?

The Oscar love curse: Is Sandra Bullock the latest victim or is it total bunk?
Murmur has it that Sandra Bullock is the latest victim of the best actress Oscar curse. (And yes, that's despite the fact that Thursday's bombshell rumor about husband Jesse James's infidelitous affair with a buxom, tattooed model hasn't been officially confirmed.)
What's the best actress curse? It's the well-tread theory that when a woman wins an Academy Award for her stellar leading performance, that same woman should expect to split from her significant other sometime shortly after they return from the Vanity Fair after-party. And when we say well-tread, we really aren't kidding; every media outlet and Web site imaginable has glommed onto the Oscar curse story during the past 24 hours.

"Fast Track to Fame" Speed TV Show Crashes and Burns. Contestant Explains Her Disappointing Experience.

Earlier this week we posted a story about a Beaver, Pennsylvania girl appearing and performing on Speed TV channels "Fast Track to Fame" talent competition show this past Saturday night. The episode aired this Monday evening and is re-airing through this week. We asked Alison Tuesday Flynn to get back to us about her experience on the show. We were hoping to hear good news on how she finished and how things went this past weekend in Bristol, Tennessee but the news was not so good and very disappointing.
We spoke with Alison by phone (listen) and she explains how she felt like she was a plant that did not really fit the style of the show and the type of person that could have any chance to win the talent competition. The producers chose her song to sing and the judges ripped her for choosing that song. And her microphone was turned off so she could not respond to the judges. Our exclusive interview with Alison tells us more and is posted below for you to download and listen.
This is just another example of how reality television is manipulated to make the contestants look bad. Shame on judges Riki Rachtman and Kathy Leigh Carter for taking part in the manipulation of talented people who are chasing a dream. It is fine to give critique and judge if it is honest but to knowingly break down a person for something like the song choice when that person did not have a choice and to knowingly break down a human being when you know that their microphone is turned off and can't respond is cowardly.
Our Exclusive phone interview with Alison is below. Easy to listen or download. Click the link below and you will listen on our audio hosting page called 'Supload.' All free and safe we promise. Enjoy!

Beaver County Times
Alison Flynn will perform Saturday during a taping of Speed Channel’s televised talent show “Fast Track to Fame.” (Alison performed this past Saturday night, watch the results tonight)
Flynn, 27, will sing for a panel of three judges, including ex-MTV personality Riki Rachtman, Hollywood talent manager Kathy Leigh Carter and a guest judge from the NASCAR circuit. The live audience will be composed of NASCAR fans gathered in Bristol, Tenn., on the eve of Sunday’s race at Bristol Motor Speedway.
The episode will air at 8 p.m. Monday on the Speed channel (TONIGHT), and then be repeated at midnight and 8 a.m. March 23; 8 p.m. March 25; midnight and 8 a.m. March 26; and 8 p.m. March 29.
“Fast Track to Fame” is co-hosted by NASCAR star and two-time Daytona 500 champ Michael Waltrip, and Charissa Thompson of Fox Sports and Versus.
NASCAR is a main sponsor of the Speed Channel, a network for auto, boating and aviation enthusiasts offered on enhanced programming tiers of Comcast, Dish Network and DirecTV.
Speed Channel launched “Fast Track to Fame” three weeks ago, hoping to tap into TV’s lucrative “American Idol”-“America’s Got Talent” demographic. Previous contestants have included singers, a Southern-rock band, a magician, a dance team and a fiddle player, who won the nightly $5,000 prize.
Flynn, who moved to Nashville last year to pursue a singing career, will be identified on the show as a Beaver resident. She is the daughter of Joey Granati, of Beaver County’s sibling rock band the Granati Brothers.
Scott Tady can be reached online at stady@timesonline.com.

St. Patricks Day Tribute, Happy St. Patty's Day

We hope you enjoy today's extra long drunken post on all that is Irish today.
St. Patrick's Day History
(from History.com)
St. Patrick's Day is celebrated on March 17, his religious feast day and the anniversary of his death in the fifth century. The Irish have observed this day as a religious holiday for over a thousand years. On St. Patrick's Day, which falls during the Christian season of Lent, Irish families would traditionally attend church in the morning and celebrate in the afternoon. Lenten prohibitions against the consumption of meat were waived and people would dance, drink and feast—on the traditional meal of Irish bacon and cabbage.

St. Patrick's Day History
(from Wikipedia)
Saint Patrick's Day (Irish: Lá Fhéile Pádraig) is a yearly holiday celebrated on 17 March. It is named after Saint Patrick (circa AD 387–461), the most commonly recognized of the patron saints of Ireland. It began as a purely Catholic holiday and became an official feast day in the early 1600s. However, it has gradually become more of a secular celebration of Ireland's culture.
It is a public holiday on the island of Ireland (both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland) and widely celebrated by the Irish diaspora in places such as Great Britain, Canada, the United States, Argentina, Australia, New Zealand, and Montserrat.

Irish Traditions
There are many Irish traditions people follow to celebrate St. Patrick's Day and other Irish occasions, although not all of them are historically accurate. Some of the Irish customs people are more familiar with include wearing green, eating Irish food and drinking beer. Actually wearing green is strictly a U.S. custom, as the color green is considered unlucky in Ireland. Green is connected to the old green flag and a time when Ireland was not free. Americans have embraced their own St. Patrick's Day tradition of drinking large amounts of Irish beer or green beer, which has no real historical Irish references at all. Another new St. Patrick's Day tradition started by school children is pinching classmates who don't wear green on St. Patrick's Day. This tradition has grown with the times, and even if you aren't a school child, beware on St. Patrick's Day if you aren't wearing green!
Irish Symbols
Leprechauns
As a St. Patrick's Day symbol, the leprechaun is a smiling, merry little elf. However, legend tells us that leprechauns are always grumpy, untrustworthy and very tricky. Leprechauns are believed to be little old men who make shoes for fairies and are usually about two feet tall. The legend says that if you catch a leprechaun, you can force them to tell you where they hid their pot of gold.
Shamrocks
According to Irish legend, St. Patrick chose a three leaved clover or shamrock as a symbol of the church's Holy Trinity because of its three leaflets bound by a common stalk. He used the tri-leaved plant to help illustrate the idea of the holy trinity - Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. A shamrock is not a four leaf clover, contrary to popular belief. When a four leaf clover is found it is said to represent God's grace. The good luck attached with the four leaf clover predates Christianity in Ireland back to the ancient Druid priests.
The Claddagh Ring
The Claddagh Ring features two cupped hands holding a heart with a crown on top. It has been the traditional wedding ring of the Irish since the 17th century. For love, the heart is worn. In friendship, the hands are worn. And, in loyalty and lasting fidelity, the crown is worn.
If the ring is worn on the right hand, with crown and heart facing out, this symbolizes that the wearer's heart is yet to be won. While dating and under love's spell it is worn with heart and crown facing inwards (still on the right hand.) Wearing the ring on the left hand, with the crown and heart facing inwards, signifies that your love has been given to one and only one, through marriage.
Corned Beef and Cabbage
Corned beef and cabbage is the traditional meal enjoyed by many on St. Patrick's Day, but only half of it is truly Irish. Cabbage has long been a staple of the Irish diet, but it was traditionally served with Irish bacon, not corned beef. The corned beef was substituted for bacon by Irish immigrants to the Americas around the turn of the century who could not afford the real thing. They learned about the cheaper alternative from their Jewish neighbors.

The Chicago River
Chicago is famous for a somewhat peculiar annual event: dyeing the Chicago River green. The tradition started in 1962, when city pollution-control workers used dyes to trace illegal sewage discharges and realized that the green dye might provide a unique way to celebrate the holiday. That year, they released 100 pounds of green vegetable dye into the river—enough to keep it green for a week!Today, in order to minimize environmental damage, only 40 pounds of dye are used, making the river green for only several hours. Although Chicago historians claim their city's idea for a river of green was original, some Savannah natives believe the idea originated in their town. They point out that, in 1961, Savannah mayor Tom Woolley had plans for a green river. Due to rough waters on March 17, the experiment failed, and Savannah never attempted to dye its river again.

Dancing With The Stars: Cast Members' Betting Odds for 2010
By Jake Thompson - Handicapper
The 2010 Dancing with the Stars lineup is set, and we’ll check out the betting odds assigned to each DWTS celebrity cast member.
You might be surprised at some member’s of this season’s Dancing with the Stars cast, and we’ll go over the individual betting odds associated with each contestant before the reality show gets underway shortly. The best way to make money betting on Dancing with the Stars is to bet early, and such is the case during the 2010 season.
The favored potential 2010 winner of Dancing with the Stars is Olympic gold medalist Evan Lysacek. Lysacek is a figure skater known for grace and consistency, and you can get a piece of the Vancouver Games’ medalist at 3/1 odds.
I was quite surprised to learn that ESPN interviewer Erin Andrews is the DWTS cast member with the 2nd highest betting odds at BoDog Sportsbook. The lines have Andrews at 7/2 despite the fact the only dancing we’ve really seen out of her was during her exercise peep show video that she is currently suing over.
Another prime 2010 Dancing with the Stars contestant from this season’s cast will be Nicole Scherzinger of the Pussy Cat Dolls. The Dolls’ lead lady is no stranger to dancing, and seems like a profitable bet at 4/1 odds.
Other betting odds for the Dancing with the Stars lineup for 2010 include
- outspoken NFL wide receiver Chad Ochocinco at 8/1
- soap opera star Aiden Turner at 9/1
- former Baywatch cast member Pamela Anderson at 10/1
- Backelor Jake Pavelka and Beverly Hills 20210 star Shannen Doherty each at 12/1
- Reno 9/11 cast member Niecy Nash at 16/1
- full-time reality mom Kate Gosselin at 20/1
- and astronaut Buzz Aldrin bringing up the rear as the long shot from the 2010 lineup at 30/1 odds.
Dancing with the Stars’ will put up the pairing for ever cast member shortly, and we’ll update you when those are released.
Check out the Dancing with the Stars’ betting odds for every cast member in the 2010 lineup at BoDog Sportsbook.

Indie rockers OK Go, who became a viral video sensation for a music video that had them dancing on treadmills, are back again with "This Too Shall Pass." This time, the band goes the full Rube Goldberg and, frankly, it's kind of amazing.

"Lost" The Final Season - "Sundown"
Some quick things out of the gate before turning you loose on the links. Immediately after the show I went to the Lost Facebook Fan Page. Just about every comment was positive and many postings that the episode (Sundown) was the best of the final season. I knew I was going into a hornet’s nest. I still posted my initial thoughts. Here it is –
"I saw the Fonz on his motorcycle in this episode. Am I the only viewer who feels like the producers of Lost are poking us with a stick? It feels insulting to watch at this point. Not a shred of anything believable anymore. The show is now just stretching to get to the end. It really has become a mockery of anything that was once creative and brilliantly crafted."
Well, about 7 folks commented pretty much all of them saying that I was an Idiot for having an opinion and few were the usual juvenile comments who used foul language and told me to F-off. But okay that is how that all goes with postings and comments. One guy told me that the show is science fiction and to go and watch Grey’s Anatomy. This comment sticks with me, as yes the show is now 100% science fiction, which backs up my claim that there is not a shred of anything believable. I guess I personally liked the show that was the first 4 seasons. There was at least a blend. A plane crash with some survivors and the possibility of returning home and then returning home is believable. Polar bears in the jungle and smoke monsters are not but again there was a blend and nice mix of reality and sci-fi. I guess that is the show I loved. That show is long gone for me but I am committed to see this thing through. I have come this far let’s see how they wrap it up. It feels like by seasons end everybody will be dead and either good or evil will be walking around in there bodies. We saw flashbacks, flash forwards and now flash sideways. So when it is over we will have seen the paths of their lives and what would and could have happened to them. So now we see them in the after life in heaven or hell. So 12 hours later I say that the show is still creative and well crafted but just not the show it used to be. But that's just my opinion.

Pittsburgh Penguins McDonald's Filet-o-Fish Playoff Song Parody.
April152009
From: Pittsburgh Hockey Tahn

Taking page from the very popular McDonald's Filet-o-Fish Commercial. This Pittsburgh Penguins fan has made his own parody of the filet-o-fish song incorporating the Philadelphia Flyers and goaltender Martin Biron who are the pens first round opponent.
Very well done, very funny and very upset we didn't think of it first. Good Job.
Enjoy the listen, pass it around and visit Jeff's "Pittsburgh Hockey Tahn" Myspace Page.

McDonald's Filet-o-Fish Commercial. Catchy

The current television commercial for McDonald's 'Filet-o-Fish' is a swimmingly big hit. The song is annoying but catchy, the singing fish on the wall lives on but what i personally find to be funny is the guy eating the sandwich and just bobbing his head along while chewing. Good casting. Judge for yourself what you like most or hate most about this commercial. We love it.
2010 spot
'Filet-o-Fish' Lyrics
Gimme back that Filet o Fish,
Gimme that fish (ooo).
Gimme back that Filet o Fish,
Gimme that fish (ooo).
What if it were YOU ,
hanging up on this wall.
If it were you in that sandwich,
You wouldn't be laughing at all!! (OOO)
