While Lady GaGa is on her 'Monster Ball' tour Pittsburgh super group "Mercedez" announces their "MUSIC MASQUERADE" College Concert Tour.  We had a chance to do a phone interview with the 'Mercedez' lead singer Natalie Shugars and she breaks down the show, the songs, the experience, and the fun that college students engage in as they pre-plan and pre-game their costume for the 'Music Masquerade.'
