From Cynthia's Cynopsis...
The season and series finale of ER last Thursday night on NBC drew in 16.2 million viewers for the big two hour episode, and a 6.0/16 rating among A18-49, reports Nielsen. These numbers mark ER's finale as the biggest final episode since the X Files signed off in 2002.

The 9th season premiere of The Ultimate Fighter: US vs. UK on Spike TV last Wednesday drew in its highest M18-49 rating since season #4, and its most watched premier since Season #5, with a 1.8 rating in the demo, and an average audience of 1.8 million viewers.

BBC Radio's Russell Brand and Jonathan Ross made a prank call to an actor and the cost ultimately was a $222,000 fine levied by the media regulator, Ofcom, for breach of the broadcasting code. The fine marks the single largest fine for a single show. The show aired in latenight on BBC Radio 2 in October, and was deemed to be "gratuitously offensive, humiliating and demeaning." Russell Brand has since resigned, and Ross - reportedly the highest paid star on BBC, has lost three month's pay when his show was suspended for that period of time.

Entertainment Studio's Comics Unleashed with Byron Allen will premiere on MyNetworkTV April 8 in primetime with two half-hour episodes airing back-to-back starting at 9p each Wednesday. The hi-def series, featuring top stand-up comedians, continues to air on TV One and in syndication on local television stations nationwide in 90% of US TV households.

Kathy Griffin continues to exist on the D-list but is training to be on the C-list as Bravo brings back her series Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List for a fifth season beginning June 8 at 10p. The network also premieres Kathy's sixth original comedy special, Kathy Griffin: She'll Cut a Bitch on April 15 at 9p, prior to Bravo's second annual The A-List Awards.
